Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. The return request must be submitted to Babyluvintage within this 14-day period. The delivery date recorded by the applicable shipping carrier will generally be used to determine when the return period begins.

3. Return Eligibility

The item must not show signs of use, installation, assembly, damage, stains, odors, modification, or other conditions that could affect its ability to be resold. Customers should avoid using, assembling, installing, modifying, or otherwise altering the product if they intend to request a return. Keeping the original packaging is also recommended to help protect the product during return transportation.

5. How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, customers should contact us by email at info@babyluvintage.com within 14 calendar days after delivery. The request should include the customer's name, order number, email address used for the purchase, the product name, and a statement explaining that the customer would like to return the product. Photographs may be requested when necessary to confirm the condition of the item.

6. Return Request Review

After receiving the return request, Babyluvintage will review the order information and confirm whether the product is eligible for return under this policy. Customers should wait for return instructions before shipping the product back. Once the request is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return shipping information.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For an eligible return submitted within the 14-day return period and meeting the conditions of this policy, Babyluvintage will cover the return shipping cost. Where applicable, customers may receive a prepaid return shipping label or other return shipping instructions. Customers should use the shipping method or label provided by Babyluvintage to help ensure that the return can be properly tracked.

9. Preparing and Shipping the Return

10. Return Inspection

Once the returned product is received, Babyluvintage will inspect the item to verify that it meets the requirements of this policy. The product must be new, unused, complete, and in a condition that does not affect its resale. If the returned item does not meet these requirements, the return may not qualify for a refund under this policy.

11. Refund Processing

Once Babyluvintage receives the returned product and confirms that it meets the return requirements, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For an eligible return, The refund amount includes the product price (including shipping costs and taxes paid). The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
