Exchange Policy

1. Policy Overview

Babyluvintage provides a 14-day exchange period for eligible furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories purchased through our online store. 

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. The product should not show signs of use, installation, assembly, damage, stains, odors, or other changes that affect its original condition. All original components, accessories, packaging materials, manuals, and other included items should be returned with the product when applicable.

3. 14-Day Exchange Period

Customers must contact Babyluvintage within 14 calendar days after receiving the order to request an exchange. Exchange requests submitted after this period may not qualify under this policy. The date of delivery shown by the applicable carrier will generally be used to determine the beginning of the exchange period.

4. Exchange Request

To request an exchange, customers should contact us by email at info@babyluvintage.com. Please include the order number, the product name, the reason for the exchange, and any other information necessary for us to identify the order. Customers may also provide photographs when they help explain the condition of the product or the reason for the request.

5. Exchange Confirmation

After receiving an exchange request, Babyluvintage will review the order information and confirm whether the requested exchange meets the requirements of this policy. Customers should wait for exchange instructions before sending an item back. The return address and applicable return instructions will be provided as part of the exchange process.

6. Exchange Shipping Costs

For an eligible exchange covered by this policy, Babyluvintage will cover the applicable shipping costs associated with the exchange. Where a prepaid return shipping label is provided, customers should use the label and follow the shipping instructions supplied by our customer service team.

7. Exchange Return Address

Exchange items should be sent to the return address provided by Babyluvintage after the exchange request has been reviewed and approved.

Customers should not send an exchange item to a different address unless specifically instructed by Babyluvintage.

8. Preparing the Product for Return

Customers should package the exchange item appropriately to help protect it during transportation. Where possible, the original packaging should be used. All included components and accessories should be returned with the product. Customers should retain the shipping receipt or tracking information until the exchange has been completed.

9. Inspection of Returned Items

Once the returned item is received, Babyluvintage will inspect its condition to confirm that it meets the exchange requirements. If the item is found to be used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in the required condition, the exchange may be declined or additional arrangements may be required.

10. Exchange Processing Time

For an approved exchange, Babyluvintage will process the replacement request within 2 business days after the returned product has been received and the exchange eligibility has been confirmed.

11. Replacement Shipping

After the exchange has been processed, the replacement product will be prepared for shipment within 2 business days. Customers will receive available shipping or tracking information when applicable. Actual transit time depends on the shipping carrier and delivery destination.
